If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of PDFill software, you may contact us at support@pdfill.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund, by providing the following:

• Last Name, First Name and E-mail address under which the purchase was made; and

• Order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail, if received; and

• If you have purchased a single-user license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of PDFill from your computer** and destroyed the PDFill CD, if received; or

• If you have purchased a multi-user (site) license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of PDFill from your computers**.

Upon receipt of all of the above applicable to your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price by either crediting your credit card account or by issuing a refund check.

** The best way to remove PDFill from your system is as follows:

1. Exit from PDFill first.

2. To uninstall PDFill, click START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL.

3. Then Double Click Add/Remove Programs. Select any copies of PDFill that you find and click remove.
