Free PDF Tools 5: Reformat PDF

You can make reformat from an existing PDF file. Multiple pages with added Note lines can be put into one page.

1. Choose  Free PDF Tools > Reformat PDF.

2. Select a PDF file that you want to make a reformat.

3. The Reformat PDF dialog box comes up:

  • Select Page Size or Specify Page Width and Height.
  • Specify Page Margin from Edges.
  • Specify the margins between the pages.
  • Select Number of Columns that appears in the new page.
  • Select Number of Rows that appears in the new page.
  • Select Line’s Color.
  • Select Show old page borders if you want to show the old page border.
  • Select Show Note Lines if you want to have a note line.

The following picture shows an example with the option of landscape, 2 columns, 2 rows, blue color line, borders and note.

4. Click Save As to have a new PDF file.  The new file may be launched automatically if you have installed Adobe Reader.  

5. Do experiment with the options available to see which best suit your needs.  Click Close to finish.

Note: If you have problem to read your PDF into PDFill, open your PDF document inside Adobe Reader. Then, print into a new PDF using PDFill PDF Writer.
