You can apply a stamping to a PDF in the same way you apply a rubber stamp to a paper document. When working in a team, the stamping gives you a quick and simple way of indicating the status of the document in review. When opened, they display a pop-up window containing the text or image of the associated note.
You can choose from a list of stamps.

Here is the list of the properties.
Text String the content text string to be displayed for the annotation. Spell Checker Verify the spelling of words in the text string box. Author The author of the annotation. Subject Text representing a short description of the subject being addressed by the annotation. Note Color The color for the popup note. Printable on PDF If clear, it will display and not print onto the page; If set, it will display and print onto the page. Opacity The constant opacity value to be used in painting the annotation. This value applies to all visible elements of the annotation in its closed state (including its background and border) but not to the popup window that appears when the annotation is opened. The opacity vary from 0.0 (no contribution) to 1.0 (maximum contribution). Rotate The rotation degree from 3 clock relative to the shape center. Stamp Type You can choose from a list of predefined stamps: Sign Here Stamps, Standard Business Stamps and Dynamic Stamps. Stamp Option Sign Here Stamps: Witness, Initial Here, Sign Here, Accepted and Rejected.
Standard Business Stamps: Approved, Not Approved, Draft, Final, Completed, Confidential, For Public Release, Not For Public Release, For Comment, Void, Preliminary Results, and Information Only.
Dynamic Stamps: Revised, Reviewed, Received, Approved, Confidential and Custom Text Stamp.Position (Left, Right, Top, Bottom) The X and Y coordinate of the box to define the position of the field.
